Products & pricing

We aim to describe and price our products accurately. Colours and images are for illustration and may vary slightly. Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct errors and to change prices or product availability at any time.

Orders

When you place an order you make an offer to buy. We'll confirm acceptance by email once your order is dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurred — and will refund any payment taken.

Payment

Payment is taken securely at checkout through our payment providers. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

Delivery & returns

Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Delivery policy and returns by our Returns & Refunds policy, which form part of these terms.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
