We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how our returns and refunds work.
30-day returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items should be unused, in their original condition and, where possible, in their original packaging.
How to start a return
Email support@truegradelabs.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with the return address and next steps. Please do not send items back before contacting us.
Refunds
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm the outcome.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 working days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us within 30 days and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Return shipping
Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, return postage is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for items lost in transit.
